CHURCH STREET, ARBROATH
The Church Street site was formally garden ground belonging to a large house which was granted planning permission for four new flats consisting of 2 x 1 bed flats and 2 x 2 bed Maisonettes. Moir Construction were awarded the contract as Main Contractor to build these units.
Moir Construction working alongside the Voigt partnership constructed the kits for these flats in their own workshops.
Building works commenced in 2015 and was completed later in 2016.
