Moir Construction were awarded the first phase of development of this project on behalf of GL Residential. The project involved the refurbishment of the former Seaview primary school into 7 bespoke flats and townhouses and also the new build of 4 bespoke flats on the former grounds of the school. This was a challenging project as the refurbishment of the old school unveiled several obstacles and challenges but the end result was a lovely looking building with 7 quirky flats and townhouses fitting of such a historic conservation building. The refurb and new build works commence February 2019 and entry to some of these properties was complete by December 2019.
