This new bungalow designed by Alastair Fitchet Architects was built on the former grounds of Brucefield House in Arbroath. It is a single built bungalow with landscaped gardens. Moir Construction were contracted by a private client to project manage and build this property and this development started 2016 with it being finished early 2017.
