A bungalow recently completed in Letham, Angus. This bungalow was built for a private client who had commissioned AB Roger and Young, Architects in Brechin.
Moir Construction were awarded the contract to project manage the build on behalf of the private client.
The bungalow was erected using a Scotframe value therm kit and has some lovely features and sits on a good south facing site on the outskirts of the village of Letham. Feature glass windows and doors gives this southerly facing property uninterrupted views over the surrounding countryside.
